Me Time Fun

I always thought the expression "me time" was so cheesy. Then I had kids. Now I get it. So this is what I'm doing with my me time today.

It turns out lino block printing was a hit with me. I've gone from a sunflower print to a peony print. There's a lot more to do with this one, so I better get back to that.

p.s. Can you see the new dining chairs in the background? Those were a real deal (4 for $30 on craigslist!). I plan on doing a little sanding, staining and reupholstery on them. Even as they are, they look a hundred times better than the medieval Bavarian castle chairs we had in there. I did my best with paint, but they were still driving me crazy.
