Here's the newest addition to
my shop and home art collection. I started mixing my colors by hand because the block printing ink colors out there are pretty limited. This is "mint." Periwinkle, red-orange and soft-turquoise are some other colors I've come up with. Today I'll be working on the perfect coral. And I need to come up with a better name for red-orange. My first idea, blood orange sounds kind of gross. Any ideas?
Here's my framed print in its temporary spot on the fireplace mantle. Later it'll join the rest of my art on the wall above the couch. Once it's up, my art wall will be complete. At least my living room art wall. I have more art walls (and block prints) in the works.
