My white Christmas tree arrived earlier this week and we got to decorating it last night. No surprises with this online purchase... it fit the description perfectly. It looks right at home in front of the bay window. I was actually considering making three or so dozen ornaments by hand, but decided on a box of 35 from Wal-mart instead. Over the next few years, I'm sure the girls will be bringing home their own handmade ornaments from school (just like my sister and I did years ago). This way, I can just replace our budget balls with the kids' stuff.
I wish I still had some of the holiday crafts I made as a kid, but they were all lost during a move. Do you have any handmade goods from your childhood?Do tell!
