I'm busy working on a little sewing project, so I thought this would be a good excuse to show you a cute Japanese studio. I love the antique sewing machine and natural light. How nice to have all that space to be creative.
When I was a kid, I visited my grandmother in Maine in the summers...she had a machine like that...foot pedal and all...I even remember sewing a shirt on it! My older sister now has it in her house...now a wonderful memory and antique! karen
What nice memories. I don't know if it's true in all families, but it seems the older sibling always gets the best family heirlooms! My older sister's house is full of them.
