Sekaido Art Supply Store, Shinjuku

I've been thinking a lot about all the great places in Tokyo that I'll miss so much. Top on my list is Sekaido Art Supply Store in Shinjuku. I had to make a trip there over the weekend to pick up some Japanese brushes. Of course, I ended up with a few more things, because who knows when I'll make it back here to browse the cool wood carving tools, inks, brushes and other craft supplies. This store is huge and has just about everything kind of art supply you can imagine. Shinjuku san-chome is the closest station.

I'd recommend it for sure. And then you can check out all the action in Shinjuku!

I'm a Brit artist living in Japan for 17 years, Sekaido is one of the best in Tokyo but outside you need to mail order, I live in Kobe City. Use Chrome browser to give a fairly good translation.
