Ugh

I can't say I'm the biggest fan of fabric painting right now. I started out using a rubber stamp to make my crisscross pattern and it ended up dripping all over. Then the stamp broke in half ten minutes into the project.

Instead of trashing the panel, I decided to try painting big bold stripes using painters tape and a 1" brush. As you can see, I decided to take a little break after just one stripe.

It's a good thing I decided at the last minute to get the fabric medium to add to my latex paint because had I not, I'm sure the fabric would have ended up getting really stiff.

I've got to get back to painting, but not until I finish my coffee break.
