Just A Birthday Party

I promised myself that I wouldn't stress about throwing a party for a bunch of little people in diapers. OK but I did get a little miffed when the sales lady at Party City told me there was a helium shortage ("country wide") and I could only have a dozen balloons. Then one popped in the car. Popping balloons around a miffed housewife during a helium shortage is not a good thing.

Thanks Popular Mechanics for the 411 on the helium shortage. And I thought helium was only for balloons and chipmunk imitations.
