Stencil Love
Every couple of months or so, I start obsessing over stencils. Possible surfaces to be stenciled include a wall in my bedroom, a dresser, a table top, fabric for window treatments and the basement studio/playroom walls. And when I'm finished with that, there are six closets in this house that would be the perfect spot for some stencil action.
1. Royal Design Studios Herringbone Shuffle 2. Royal Design Studios Chain Link 3. Cutting Edge Entwined Allover Stencil. 4. Cutting Edge Stencils Charlotte Allover Stencil.
1. Cutting Edge Stencils Perfect Catch Stencil. 2. OMG Stencils Zebra Pattern 3. Sarah M Dorsey Designs Overlapping Octagon 4. Royal Design Studios Sonic Border Stencil.
I'm thinking about a nice chain link or geometric pattern to paint on white curtains because this fabric is gorgeous, but way to expensive for me. And my daughter really wants pink zebra print shades in her bedroom. I couldn't find exactly what I want at the fabric shops, so stenciling might be a good way to go. I'd love a nice bold graphic print for a navy and white wall in my bedroom. And that dot border design (#4 on the bottom) would be so cute painted on dresser drawers.
Gotta run and finish up my Roman shades for the kitchen! Unless I completely lose motivation, those should be up this afternoon (and on my blog tomorrow).
